ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A local rehabilitation and nursing facility is set to close after Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services terminated its license. New York Assembly Members Sarah Clark and Josh Jensen issues a statement on Wednesday about the closure, saying in part:“This week, using the Special Facility Focus designation oversight, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services terminated Waterview Heights’ license.
