The upcoming The Witcher multiplayer game, known as Project Sirius, has lost another chunk of its development team, Kotaku has learned. Project Sirius has seemingly been struggling over the course of its development. Revealed in 2022 as a new project from the CDPR-acquired studio The Molasses Flood, little is known about Project Sirius except that it’s a single-player and cooperative multiplayer Witcher game. Things have been relatively silent from the studio since, though Kotaku understands the project had been going relatively well recently, following some changes made this past spring. Recently, CDPR hired acclaimed Destiny 2 writer Kwan Perng as a lead writer on the project.
