The City of Duluth has closed a portion of West Skyline Parkway for drainage pipe replacement. The city says the closure is expected to last about two weeks while contractor crews complete the work. A detour is posted for drivers:Westbound traffic will use Mesaba Avenue, Fourth Street, Tenth Avenue West and West Skyline Parkway. Eastbound traffic will follow West Skyline Parkway, Tenth Avenue West, Fourth Street, Mesaba Avenue and Skyline Parkway. Drivers are encouraged to review the closure on the City’s Road Closure Map:
