The College of St. Scholastica has named Kyle Yost as the new head coach of the Saints women’s basketball program. Yost brings NCAA Division III head and assistant coaching experience, as well as recruiting ties throughout Minnesota from his work with Minnesota Crossfire AAU. “After an extremely thorough and intentional search, we are thrilled to welcome Kyle Yost as the next Head Coach of CSS Women’s Basketball,” Director of Athletics Jessica Cherry said. “Coach Yost emerged as a leader with a clear vision for building a competitive, connected, and student-athlete-centered program. Yost also served as head women’s basketball coach at Covenant College in Georgia during the 2023-24 season, where Megan Rouse was named Collegiate Conference of the South Defensive Player of the Year and earned Second Team All-CCS honors.
