Tropical Storm Cristobal forms in the subtropical AtlanticTropical Storm Cristobal has formed in the central subtropical Atlantic, well west-southwest of the Azores islands. Cristobal is located pretty far north for a tropical system. This tropical storm will be very short-lived, given the cooler waters of the central to northern Atlantic.
