ADRIAN — Jaden Schettler is opening Schettler Country Kids Daycare later this month at 15032 270th St., Adrian. With two kids of her own — Reyd, 5, and Jaycie, 9 months — the daycare has a licensed capacity to have eight more kids enrolled, with two infant slots open. ADVERTISEMENTAfter becoming a mom, Schettler took a break from being a CNA and worked in daycare to be with her son, “and I just wanted to go back to doing that,” she said. Schettler is registered with a food program that helps reimburse healthy food so she can provide snacks and meals to the kids. “They are also helping me get some toys and craft supplies for the kids, so it’s helped us out a lot,” Schettler said.
