IncludFEST, organised by TIN Arts, is an outdoor, accessible arts festival in Spennymoor for deaf, disabled, and non-disabled youngsters and their families. This year, the organisers are doing things differently, offering four pop-up arts events across the summer holidays instead of one big event. Organisers said: "Noise and crowds are common concerns for disabled young people attending festivals. "IncludFEST is always located in large parks or green spaces so everyone can find quiet areas away from the main activities. Next Wednesday there will be a variety of activities, including a carnival dance workshop, a performance and arts and crafts.
