(Nasdaq: EYE) said second quarter net revenue increased 2.5% to $498.8 million compared to the year prior and net income was $12.4 million against $8.7 million, with net income margin up to 2.5% from 1.8%. Diluted earnings per share were $0.15 compared to $0.11, and adjusted operating income increased 32.7% to $31.6 million, it stated. The company updated its 2026 fiscal outlook and now adjusted operating income of $119 – $139 million against a prior target of $107 – $133 million. "We delivered stronger profitability as higher-value transactions, managed care customers and ticket growth gained momentum."
