This is largely due to the breathtaking views, invigorating walks and the village's historic pub - Tafarn Sinc - which never fails to amaze first-time patrons.
But even more three-quarters of a century later, the village’s past life still resonates here, with mannequins commemorating its heritage visible outside its historic local pub.
However, things could have been very different for Tafarn Sinc as it very nearly shut down for good in 2017.
However, when the family decided it was time to move, the iconic Tafarn Sinc was put up for sale.
