Pakistan, Belarus vow turning goodwill into concrete economic cooperation

He said Pakistan greatly valued its longstanding friendship with Belarus, based on mutual trust, sovereign equality and constructive engagement.
Jam Kamal said the agreed minutes of the session reflected progress towards establishing durable institutional frameworks for sustained cooperation.
Cooperation could cover seed certification, fisheries, agricultural technology, food trade, machinery testing and quality infrastructure, helping improve productivity, standards and market confidence.
He said Pakistan and Belarus were also expanding cooperation into future-oriented areas, including digital government, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and ICT skills development.
He said the protocol to be adopted at the session represented a shared commitment to translate political goodwill into practical cooperation, shared vision into concrete projects and bilateral dialogue into sustainable economic outcomes.
