Dreams in prison: like father, like daughter. DSP Moganapriya D/O Sandiramogan, inspired by her late prison officer father, joined the prison service in 2007 at the age of 25. She chaired the Organizing Committee for the 2nd International Correctional Leadership Programme (ICLP) this year which was held in Singapore from September 22-26, organized by the Singapore Prison Service. This year's ICLP hosted 27 prison officers from 14 countries, including new participants from Bangladesh, Kiribati, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the Solomon Islands. Senior Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Home Affairs Sim Ann attended the closing ceremony where officials learned about Singapore's prison technology.
