Free agent guard Brandon Williams and forward Georges Niang continue to draw “legitimate” interest from Golden State as the Warriors‘ front office considers how to fill its open roster spots, according to Marc Stein of The Stein Line (Substack link). The 26-year-old isn’t a real threat from beyond the three-point line, having made 28.0% of his career attempts (94-of-336). In addition to Williams and Niang, the Warriors have an eye on swingman Dalen Terry, who was recently waived by Philadelphia for cap reasons, Jake Fischer stated in his weekly Bleacher Report live stream (video link). According to Fischer, if the Warriors were to bring in Terry, he would likely receive a non-guaranteed training camp contract. The Warriors currently have 13 players on standard contracts, including 12 on fully guaranteed salaries and Charles Bassey on a partially guaranteed deal.
