Frances Neagley is not the imposing physical presence that Jack Reacher is. The action scenes are plentiful in the trailer for Neagley, a spinoff of Reacher that’s set to premiere Sept. 16 as a binge release. Along with Sten, Neagley stars Greyston Holt, Adeline Rudolph, Jasper Jones, Matthew Del Negro and Damon Herriman. Paramount Television Studios and Amazon MGM Studios are producing Neagley. Carolyn Harris, Kenny Madrid and Niko Fernandez oversee the project for Paramount Television Studios.
