The discovery was made on Wednesday by a member of the public in an area off Ringland Road in Taverham. While formal identification is yet to take place, the family of missing Timothy Turner have been informed. "This case has been referred to our Professional Standards Department as standard procedure due to previous police contact." He was reported missing on Wednesday, August 5, after he did not turn up for work.
