Dan Scavino, Natalie Harp and Walt Nauta are the closest aides allowed inside the catering truck that hid President Donald Trump in Turkey. No cabinet officials were allowed inside the catering truck, inside which President Donald Trump was snuck away last month in response to a potential Iranian assassination threat in Turkey. Apart from some low-ranking aides, only three individuals were allowed inside the truck, as they are believed to be the closest to the president: Dan Scavino, the White House deputy chief of staff; Natalie Harp, Trump's assistant and Walt Nauta, the director of Oval Office operations. Nauta spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy, reaching the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer. During his military career, he was assigned to the Presidential Food Service and eventually became a White House valet during Trump's first presidency.
