After staying quiet for a while on just what was happening with the restaurant, the Cassia team issued a progress update to their regulars on social media on Tuesday. It read: 'We just wanted to apologise for the wait and for it taking a little longer than expected for the restaurant here in gosforth to open. We’re working hard behind the scenes to get everything ready, and thankfully it shouldn’t be too much longer now!'
