Boy, 17, charged with possessing a knife after 'weapons incident'

The teenager, aged 17 and from Northamptonshire, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with possession of a bladed article on Tuesday, August 11.
Thames Valley Police today (Wednesday) confirmed that the charge was made in relation to a 'weapons incident' that occurred in Banbury Town Centre on February 6 this year.

Police said a fixed-blade knife was recovered during the incident in the town centre.
