The incident happened on Wale Street in Cape Town, when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, crossed the median and smashed into two cars parked outside the hotel. First respondersthe Cape Town Central City Improvement District (CCID), its Safety and Security team was among the first responders at the scene. The Uber driver was not injured in the crash.
