WINDOM TOWNSHIP, Minn. — A Kasson man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday, Aug. 11, in Mower County. A 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 2023 Peterbilt semi-truck were traveling northbound on Highway 56, south of Interstate 90, when they collided near the intersection with 205th Street around 4:36 p.m., according to a Minnesota State Patrol crash report. ADVERTISEMENTThe driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe, Dominic Michael Mann, 21, of Kasson, was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the Peterbilt, Scott Miller Tomlinson, 50, of Manly, Iowa, was not injured. The Mower County Sheriff's Office, Brownsdale Police Department, Rose Creek Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the scene.
