HYDERABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Aug, 2026) Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Faisal Bashir Memon, chaired a crime review meeting at DIGP SBA Range Office with participation from Senior Superintendents of Police (SSPs) of all three districts of the range. The meeting reviewed overall law and order situation and discussed measures to control crime and strengthen security arrangements. Officials examined the current crime situation in the range, including investigation and detection of serious crimes, incidents of motorcycle theft and snatching, actions against criminal gangs and drug dealers, and measures regarding illegal foreign nationals. The meeting also reviewed operations against drug dealers across the range. Regarding security situation, the meeting was informed that precautionary measures have been further enhanced.
