Katie Linin, 23, stood with guards in the dock to confirm her name and date of birth before the case was sent to Southampton Crown Court. Linin appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court charged with murder, where she only spoke to confirm her name and date of birth. "This offence is indictable only and can only be tried at the Crown Court." Chair of the Magistrates Bench, Spencer Shaw said: "You will be produced at Southampton Crown Court tomorrow which is August 13 in the morning.
