Core CPI rose 0.2% in July, M/M, matching the consensus and up from a flat reading in June.
Strategist Charlie Bilello noted that this is the 65th month in a row that headline CPI has been above 2%.
In other news of note, Domino's Pizza (DPZ) announced a new individual-sized Detroit-style pizza called the Domino, scheduled for a nationwide launch on August 31.
