| BY Ricki Green |Energy Safe Victoria has partnered with creative agency Scooter to launch a new public safety campaign designed to protect the growing number of Victorian households embracing solar energy. With around 30% of Victorian homes now generating their own solar power, Victoria is leading the way in clean energy adoption. Energy Safe Victoria engaged Scooter to address this critical knowledge gap without undermining public confidence in renewable energy. In fact, over the last three years Energy Safe has received reports of 138 solar-related house fires – many of them preventable with regular maintenance.
