The program, launched under the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, will offer 30,000 internship opportunities to young people across the province. Registered companies will have access to pre-screened young talent and will be able to select interns according to their organizational requirements. To participate in the program, companies must be registered with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) or the relevant regulatory authority. They must also have an operational office in Punjab and provide adequate infrastructure and a suitable working environment for interns. The initiative is expected to create thousands of paid internship opportunities while helping participating companies access trained and pre-screened young talent.
