Pictures has begun production on the highly anticipated prequel to Steven Soderbergh’s 2001 heist comedy Ocean’s Eleven, star Wagner Moura has confirmed. “I’m playing a part that I can’t really talk about, unfortunately,” the actor said. He is joined by Margot Robbie, who stars alongside Wagner Moura and Monica Barbaro. The Ocean’s Eleven prequel is scheduled for release on June 25, 2027.
