The annual CLASS Car Club Car Cruise and Show went off with maybe a slight hitch on Friday evening after a bit of rain poured down over the Clear Lake area which kept a lot of cruisers away. On Saturday, the show had 464 cars registered as they made their way downtown and lined the streets with cars of all makes, models and colors. The trophy was made in memory of their father Doug Schroeder, a founding member of the CLASS Car Club. A huge thank you to 45 club members and 30 volunteers who made the cruise and show run smoothly. We heard many positive comments from participants about the organization and the awesome location in downtown Clear Lake.”
