Nile Post reports that the suspects include Ruth Nabasiruka, 60, her daughter Esther Nababi, 35, and two other people whose identities have not yet been disclosed. Kawala disclosed that police officers unexpectedly stumbled upon the human skulls and bones inside Nabasiruka's house while conducting the search. Asked to explain why she kept human remains, Nabasiruka admitted to exhuming and keeping the bones at the house. Charles Male, who claimed to be Nabasiruka’s son, alleged that his mother practised witchcraft and had forced family members out of their father’s home.
