Abdalla Abdulrahman Ali, 41, was sentenced for driving without a licence, without insurance, and in a manner likely to cause danger to a passenger.
Since the incident, Ali has passed his driving test and now has a full UK licence.
Ali also expressed ‘deep remorse’ at allowing the baby to be unfastened in the car.
“What is also unforgivable is the fact you have a baby unsecured on the back seat.
“We are not impressed that you, as an adult, treated a baby in this way.”
