Jordon Roth, of Peregrine Grove, Kidderminster, was sentenced at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday (August 11). The 30-year-old was found guilty at Worcester Magistrates' Court on July 9 of criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 and intentional strangulation. Roth must also comply with rehabilitation activity and he has been handed a restraining order where he is prohibited from contacting the victim. There was no separate penalty or order for costs for the criminal damage charge. "I’m so happy I can now move on with my life and start a new chapter without the worry."
