The Bridge Tap on Fisherton Street has been under the ownership of the Stonegate Group since 2017 and closed its doors for the final time at the start of August. The pub company invested £350,000 into the venture in 2017, and it has remained a prime spot in Salisbury city centre for nearly 10 years. The pub held regular two-for-one cocktail days and bottomless brunches, as well as lots of screens that would show all kinds of live sport. The pub also served food and was a popular place for things like sourdough pizza, Japanese Wagyu beef burgers and tapas. There was also a room at the back of the pub which was kitted out for parties and special occasions.
