The following is based on evidence obtained by Erik Keyes with the Tooele County Sheriff’s Office, which was then documented in a probable cause (PC) statement. After the nurse reported the incident to the TCSO, “a search warrant was obtained and served on Mr. Vix. The statement also detailed how a new folder was created on Aug. 9, 2026, and was titled “REAL SPECIAL.” This file also contained child sexual abuse material. Following the discovery of this material during the execution of the search warrant, Vox was charged with nine counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony.
