Green Bay (WFRV)- Soccer is often called “the world’s game,” and for Bay Port High School senior Woodlens Frederick, it truly is. He’s already scored 15 goals for the Pirates and plays a key role on the team. At the time, he didn’t speak any English and had to adjust to a completely new culture and school system. “Whenever a new player joins the team, especially transfers, he’s always the first to welcome them and be kind. “I think he’s going to leave a really big impact on our team and our culture,” said Coach DePrey.
