AMC Networks’ anime streamer Hidive has expanded its fall lineup with two new series and extended its output agreement with Japan’s Mainichi Broadcasting System (MBS). Under the renewal, Hidive will continue to exclusively stream select MBS-produced anime titles outside of Asia. Hidive’s original agreement with MBS was announced in 2023 and described at the time as the largest anime content deal in Sentai Filmworks’ history. Meet with Tetsudou Musume, an original slice-of-life series also launching in October. PlayThe series is part of the 20th-anniversary celebration for Takara Tomy subsidiary Tomytec’s Tetsudou Musume franchise, which turns real railway jobs and locations into anime characters.
