SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Aug, 2026) Spokesperson for the Government of Sindh and Mayor Sukkur Barrister Arsalan islam Shaikh hosted a lavish dinner at Sukkur House in honour of a delegation of the Sindh Information Commission which is on a two-day visit to Sukkur. Speaking on the occasion, Senior Commissioner of the Commission Muhammad Saleem Khan said that under this law, the first Commission was established in 2018. He said that the Commissioners and the Executive Director of the Sindh Information Commission are always available for any kind of contact and guidance. He said the Sindh Information Commission is a fully independent and autonomous body which can also exercise the powers of a civil court. He said this is excellent work being done and through this system 200 fake pensions have been stopped.
