Pickle Palooza is back at Indian Ladder Farms later this month, and this year’s festival is bringing some new flavors and a chance to hit the pickleball court. Along with fan favorites like the farm’s signature Mr. Pickle beer and Mrs. Pickle cider, Gehrig says there’s something new on the menu this year: a pickled donut. “We have Mr. Pickle, which is the beer,” Gehrig said. Another returning favorite is DeFazio’s pickle pizza, which Gehrig says is only available at Indian Ladder Farms. There will be separate courts for beginners and more experienced players, and participants will also get a chance to sample some of Indian Ladder Farms’ drinks.
