Almost 90 members, former staff and trustees at the troubled John Muir Trust (JMT) have signed an open letter to the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) demanding action. An OSCR spokesperson said:“OSCR has received an open letter from members, former staff and former trustees at the John Muir Trust, setting out concerns. We understand that OSCR has received at least sixteen separate concerns about JMT since 2023, including one signed by sixteen former Trustees, and launched an investigation under Section 28 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.
