A retrospective planning bid for a 24-hour parcel locker beside a main street in Carnoustie has been approved despite traffic fears.
Now, a retrospective application for the locker has gone before councillors at a development standards committee.

“You’re not going to reverse that by refusing this planning application, it will just get put somewhere else.
The application was approved by councillors subject to conditions, with six voting in favour and five against.
