CodeDev Group, also known as The Unreal Guys, has launched a new studio called Full Spectrum Interactive. The studio is led by a group of UK industry veterans, including head of studio Matt Southern, CCO Christian McKinney, and CTO Rob Williams. The leadership team also includes group chair Rik Alexander, group CEO Myke Parrott, and group BD director Nina Cliff. It will also utilise talent from The Unreal Guys and its optimisation division, The Performance Guys, to support engineering, design, and technical art. "Access to the CodeDev team is a great luxury for a small studio like us," said CTO Rob Williams.
