Huge container ship docks at Suffolk port for first time

MSC Saudi Arabia is a new Liberian-flagged container ship which was built in 2025.
It arrived from Singapore (Image: Jeff Welch)It docked at the Port of Felixstowe for the first time on Sunday, August 9 after travelling from Singapore.
It is not the only container ship to dock in the Suffolk port for the first time in recent weeks.

On June 12, the YM Worthiness, a dual-fuel container vessel with a capacity of 15,500 TEU and spanning 365 metres, made its first stop at the port.
