The virtual summit, scheduled to hold today, Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. WAT via Microsoft Meet, is being held to commemorate International Youth Day under the theme, “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations.” CJAN Founder and Director of Youth Advocacy and Policy at the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Amb. The International Youth Day 2026 concept note emphasizes that young people are not passive beneficiaries but important contributors to sustainable development, with their leadership, innovation and lived experiences requiring recognition and support. The International Youth Day Summit Nigeria 2026 will take place online via Microsoft Meet at 7:00 p.m. WAT.
