Paige recently addressed the betrayal she suffered at the hands of The Bella Twins at WWE SummerSlam: Minnesota Night One, claiming she saw it coming from a mile away. As noted, Nikki and Brie Bella turned on Paige, with Nikki delivering a vicious beatdown following their defeat in the six-woman tag team match against Fatal Influence. Speaking with So Cal Val at Comic Con Wales, Paige said she expected Nikki to turn on her at SummerSlam, noting she had gotten suspicious the moment Nikki side-eyed her following her and Brie’s tag team title victory at WrestleMania 42.
