Rubicon Organics Inc. reported record net revenue of $18.5 million for the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 23% from the same period last year and 35% from the previous quarter. Adjusted EBITDA totaled $1.1 million during the quarter, down 18% from $1.4 million in Q2 2025. The company said it remained Canada’s top premium licensed cannabis producer during both Q2 and the first half of 2026. During the quarter, Rubicon also launched its 1964 brand in the United Kingdom medical cannabis market, marking the brand’s first international commercial launch. Looking ahead, Rubicon expects net revenue and adjusted EBITDA to increase through the third and fourth quarters as additional production comes online.
