If you're measuring TCU's defensive-line depth by numbers, there's plenty to like. After playing linebacker my whole career, I learned to measure defensive-line depth differently. Sometimes the difference shows up in what the other ten players suddenly have to worry about. That's why the number of players TCU rotates won't tell me nearly as much as who they're rotating, when they're rotating them and what changes when they do. Most importantly, watch whether TCU can make substitutions without changing the way the rest of the defense has to play.
