LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Aug, 2026) Four more snakebite victims were successfully treated at Lahore General Hospital (LGH) in a timely manner, the hospital spokesperson said on Wednesday. According to the spokesperson, 14 snakebite victims have so far been administered anti-snake venom during the ongoing monsoon season. The victims treated at LGH had been brought from Khushab, Okara, Kasur and Lahore. He said LGH was providing the best possible and timely medical facilities to patients in line with the Punjab government’s healthcare policy. The hospital administration said snakebite victims were provided anti-snake venom promptly, along with all other necessary medical facilities, to ensure their proper treatment and recovery.
