Lincoln Financial, a US financial services company specialising in insurance, retirement and wealth management products, has announced the appointment of Adam Cohen, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer, as Interim Chief Financial Officer.
This follows the decision by Chris Neczypor, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, to leave the company to pursue another opportunity outside the industry.
Lincoln will conduct a comprehensive search process to identify its permanent Chief Financial Officer, including consideration of both internal and external candidates.
Cohen joined Lincoln in 2022 as Chief Accounting Officer and assumed responsibility for Treasury in 2024.
Prior to joining Lincoln, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Archwell and spent 13 years with EY in insurance audit and advisory roles.
