The avid stargazer has warned people ahead of Wednesday's partial solar eclipse not to rely on special glasses used during the total eclipse in 1999. The budding astronaut has received tips on realising his dream from hero Tim Peake - and has even started learning Russian. On Wednesday, the UK and parts of Europe will experience the most significant solar eclipse in almost three decades. More than 90% of the Sun will be covered by the Moon for most of the UK, the largest solar eclipse visible until September 2090. The event will begin at approximately 18:10 BST, although timings will vary depending on location.
