Power Plant Live will add a new bar and kick off upgrades to a nearly 20-year-old nightclub as the summer winds down. Rally’s Corner Bar is set to open at the entrance of the fully leased downtown landmark on Sept. 10, Power Plant Live owner the Cordish Cos. announced Tuesday morning. Two days later, the Mosaic Ultra Lounge will unveil renovations that are set to begin later this month. Baltimore’s neighborhood corner bars inspired the atmosphere at Rally’s, which will open in the former Tin Roof space.
