The incident happened on Reeves Way in Bursledon at around 5.10pm on Wednesday, July 15. The victim reported being punches several times by the driver during the incident. The BMW 3 Series driver then reportedly drove the vehicle at the victim before leaving the scene in the direction of Hamble Lane and Mallards Road. A spokesperson for Hampshire police said: "We are keen to hear from anyone who was in the area of Reeves Way at the time mentioned above. "Did you witness anything of the incident, or have any footage of it, including dash cam, CCTV, mobile phone or doorbell camera?
