Sarah Sugden's life will be permanently altered following the death of Dr Caitlin Todd (Caroline Harker) in Emmerdale, teases actress Katie Hill. Earlier this week, after discovering that Todd raped her grandmother Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), Sarah pushed the surgeon to her death. "I think it's going to tear her world apart [when she inevitably finds out]," Hill told Radio Times. "It'll be a massive, massive moment, and it'll be interesting to see the dynamics left between them," she teased.
