The Louisville Cardinals have made another big addition through the transfer portal, landing former North Carolina Tar Heels guard Seth Trimble, according to ESPN's Pete Thamel. Trimble was out of eligibility following the 2025-26 season, but entered the transfer portal anyway. He also had the best shooting season of his career, making 47.1% of his shots from the floor, 28.6% from 3-point range, and 66.7% from the free-throw line. In addition to Trimble, they added point guard Jackson Sheistad, center Flory Bidunga, forwards Karter Know and Alvaro Folgueiras, and shooting guard De'Shayne Montgomery.
